Honing a natural gift for translating insights into opportunity, Kim Harris has worked as a customer-centered design advocate for over 12 years. With a career spanning multiple disciplines, her portfolio hosts a variety of strategic outputs including enterprise and mobile apps, long-term product planning and execution, and customer lifecycle management via holistic experience initiatives.In 2015, Kim joined the consultancy at projekt202 where her comprehensive knowledge of design and tech ecosystems proved instrumental in her approaches to product innovation, organizational alignment, cross-functional team leadership, and service design. By motivating teams with sincerity and a really great sense of humor, she became well-respected at projekt202 for her commitment to excellence, long-term vision, and ability to build organizational consensus.
In 2018, Kim was sought out to join the beginnings of an integrated product team at TractManager—a software provider focused on value analysis and strategic decision support in healthcare equipment planning.
